GE Ecomagination Challenge

We need your vote to help us win the $50,000 (GE) General Electric Ecomagination Challenge, and a chance to share in the $200 million fund that GE and its partnering venture capital firms Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, Emerald Technology Ventures, Foundation Capital and Rockport Capital have set up to fund promising ideas and technologies focused on improving America's utility grid.

  • Your vote will help us lower our national security threat, by breaking the grip of big foreign oil producers on our energy markets.
  • Your vote will help us avert an otherwise inevitable confrontation (war), or at the very least an intensified international competition for limited energy resources.
  • Your vote will help us avoid future environmental disasters like BP's Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill in the Gulf of Mexico.
